Ensured the seamless transmission of shipment information managed by the company to Validacarga for reporting to the customs authority. This process is fully automated, utilizing data directly from Cargowise via eAdaptor without operator intervention. Responses from Validacarga are received, Cargowise is updated accordingly, and required documents are uploaded to eDocs

Seamless Automated Processing of Supplier Invoices

Developed a web portal to receive and process invoices (XML & PDF) from providers in Mexico. The portal extracts key invoice details—such as date, number, and amount—from XML files and registers them in the billing tab of Cargowise shipments. It also validates the extracted information directly against the Cargowise database. 



Additionally, the portal supports receiving multiple invoices via email, automatically processing and registering them. It also communicates with Mexico's tax authorities to verify the accuracy of received invoices
