I’ve led successful integrations between CargoWise and ERPs like NetSuite, developed automated workflows using eAdaptor for shipment requests and real-time status updates, and enabled high-volume data imports (products, Drawbacks) from spreadsheets. My work also includes building custom documents, reports, and workflow templates to streamline operations, reduce errors, and drive scalability.
